Baysgarth House gets underway


The repair and refurbishment of the listed buildings in Baysgarth Park, Barton upon Humber, have started on site.  The project will see the creation of a new tea room in the old stable block, an ice cream outlet for summer visitors to the park and conservation works.

Planning and Listed Building Consent in Marsden


Calls Architecture have achieved consents for alterations and repairs to a grade II listed house in the Marsden Conservation Area.  The former public house is one of the oldest buildings in Marsden and has been much altered over time.

Tea Room Completion!

The Tea Room in the listed stable block at Baysgarth House is gearing up for its official opening next week!  We are really pleased with how this project is shaping up and we are definitely ready for a coffee!Baysgarth.html

Award for Baysgarth Stables Transformation!

The project to transform the stable block at Baysgarth House has been presented with a Good Marks Award by Barton Civic Society!
