Kirkgate, Leeds

Kirkgate is the oldest street in Leeds, linking the Parish Church to the City Centre.  The mostly 19th Century buildings are in various states of repair and in need of regeneration.

In collaboration with Ian Tod, Aspinall Verdi, Buro Happold, BWA and Ramboll, the development strategy outlines options for the repair and regeneration of the area, with the 1711 First White Cloth Hall at the heart of the vision.
