Calls Architecture have designed a collection of family homes, for a site located adjacent to the Leeds Liverpool Canal in Apperley Bridge.
The site has great potential, with a south facing waterside aspect and a good range of local facilities and transport options.
The outline designs incorporate upper floor living spaces that provide enviable views along the canal, with timber balcony decks linking first floor living spaces to the ground floor gardens.
The mix of homes are unified by a common palette of materials and textures, drawn from the industrial buildings on and around the site.
