Calls Architecture provide the complete range of architect’s services from feasibility and outline proposals, through detail design and production information to tender action and contract administration when the project is on site.
We have worked with a number of consultants who can provide specialist advice on structures, mechanical and electrical services, cost control, fire engineering, acoustics and landscape.
In addition to these we can also offer advice on conservation, disability access, party wall issues, Eco-homes/Code for Sustainable Homes, CDM (Construction and Design Management) Regulations and funding applications. We can also provide high quality 3D architectural visualisations.
Information is produced using Archicad and Vectorworks with Photoshop, SketchUp, Artlantis and In-Design for 3D images and presentation. Hand drawing is still used where appropriate.
Whilst the majority of the projects we have worked on have been in Yorkshire and the north of England we are prepared to travel further and have worked on projects across the country.
Our city centre office is close to the train station, bus station and a multi storey car park and can offer meeting room facilities for clients.
